t's the day after Christmas and I am feeling sad it is over and excited to get things organized and ready for the new year! Every year I do this, this urge to organize, clean and plan ahead! This past year has been a whirlwind! We are so blessed to have this wonderful business and we are growing by leaps and bounds. We have so many funny stories of triumph and failures too. As our product is perishable, baked and decorated by our skilled staff, our refund policy is as follows:
Sweet Traditions reserves the right to modify its exchange/return policy at any time
As our product is perishable, baked and decorated by our skilled staff, our refund policy is as follows:
- Cancellations and/or changes for pre-ordered items must be made at least 3 business days in advance of the scheduled pick up time. Store credit will be issued for cancellations received with proper notice. Your store credit expires one year from the date of issue. No cash refunds.
- We are unable to refund orders that are not picked up.
- If there is a defect in your product please return it promptly, or the portion remaining, within 2 days of pick up. In this case we will provide you a proportionate refund for the amount returned if we determine there is a quality deficiency.
- No refund will be given ever for an amount in excess of the original purchase price regardless of circumstance.
